The Emergency Responder Reply System uses existing dispatch systems to keep command apprised of who’s responding, their level of certification/qualification, the time that of their response and their location (station or scene)—all without additional software or radios. Once notified of a call, responders speed dial a toll-free number on their phone and all this information can be accessed by any remote computer with an Internet connection.
